Calling all cooks...

It's that time of year again, when I am pointedly not in New York for Thanksgiving. Please send me a favorite holiday recipe for my mini-feast! I will think of you fondly as I prepare it in my jammies on Thursday morning.

I know you've made that corn pudding recipe in past years Is that on the menu again? (I won't be sad if you try something else!)

I've made versions of these sweet potato muffins several times this fall. They are easy and keep well in the fridge/freezer. It's nice to have a savory muffin that is a little more substantial; I take them to work for lunch, though they are best heated up and split and spread with butter.

I do love me some corn puddin'! I might add the muffin - why be choosey? Think I can make it without buttermilk? There's no way I'd use it up and I hate wasting dairy.
